I know that every body is different, and that you don't have to be a size 0 to be strong and healthy!

I'm here to help you set smart goals that won't make you feel like you have to change everything about yourself to achieve them.

My motto: Whatever you can do consistently, do.

Want to wake up at 5am every day for your CrossFit WOD? Go for it! 

Want to go for a walk around your block every evening? Awesome! 

Let's work together to find something active that you ~actually~ enjoy doing on a regular basis.

Let's avoid extremes, and instead focus on the basics. 

It doesn't have to be complicated. 

It doesn't have to be serious. 

You are allowed to have fun and enjoy the process.

You can start your journey to be fit and healthy at any age, at any size
